WHITE WINE
Bright, vivid, aromatically stimulating, these are the tenets we work from as it relates to our white wine production. Each white wine we produce is selected from a particular vineyard and or geographical location that we believe delivers optimal flavor development. By hand harvesting each cluster, protecting our delicate grapes from any oxygen exposure during processing and by using lazy yeasts at cold fermentation temperatures, we are able to attain a purity of fruit and balance unrivaled in the industry. All of our white wines are 100% stainless fermented to maintain their sense of place and clarity, these wines are dynamic and can be enjoyed with a wide range of food or simply as stand alone entertainment wine.

Our seventh year of producing this outstanding 100% percent stainless co-fermented Chardonnay-Viognier blend offers aromas of grapefruits, lemons, rose petals and fresh cut grass. Flavors of Bartlett pears, white peaches, and cloves are followed by a fairly viscous, round finish.

Our 2010 Columbia Valley Riesling offers our trademark heady aromatics of tangerine, apricots, ripe pineapple and savory spices. White peach, sweet pear and Honeydew melon flavors along with a subtle minerality are followed by a firm acidity that balances the wine against the residual sugar.
