We are proud to introduce the newest addition to J Bookwalter Winery, Certified Chef Kristin Swaggart.

Kristin recently graduated with honors from Walla Walla Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts. She has already received national attention for winning the 2011 Be Like “Mike” contest held at the ACF National Convention in July. “Chef K” was recognized as a future leader in the industry and featured in the fall issue of Sizzle magazine. In addition, she and a fellow chef won the local Iron Chef style competition at the Benton Franklin County Fair this summer. Her food is inspired by our Bookwalter wines and fresh local ingredients.
